In this video of the new “Pebblegraphy 3D Photo Pebbles (Tiles) Kit”, LA Distributor and Designer Cindy Wu explains how to use the materials in this really cool kit.
Pebblegraphy” are dimensional photos that are made up of thousands of small “pebbles.” These are so beautiful to see in person. As an avid photographer, I immediately spotted these kits and fell in love with the detail. The artist behind these beautiful pictures and kits is Tien-Hang Chang (Max Chang). Max looks through the lens differently that the rest of us and wanted to share his view of the world, through his photography. He has done touring exhibits throughout Taiwan and Hong Kong. He has also been awarded silver awards in both IPA (International Photography Awards based in LA) and Px3 (Prix de la photography, based in Paris), and has won numerous honorable mentions. So this writer, turned photographer has found a wonderful way to display his photos and share them with the world through these kits.
www.ceeingstudio.com offers kits in variety of levels from beginner to more advance. As you can see in the video these are really easy to do.
I compare them more to an intricate cross stitch pattern style rather than the more well paint-by-number kits we all know from childhood. You follow a similar type of pattern to lay down the pebbles. I love how easy this is to do and like cross stitch, you have to be patient.
These are fun to do and look amazing when finished. I love the cute owl kit which would be adorable in a childs room. On the opposite spectrum, the black and white kits are amazing to see in person. My favorite is the church roof top one because the pebbles really show the detail of the sky beautifully.
Note: This is not a sponsored video. I just really like the product and wanted to share with all of you.
